Rainy days...

Well, I don't know what it is. Rainy days seem to get me down in the dumps lately. However it did give me a reason to start a fire. That's always nice. :-)
...shooting a wedding for Andrea & Steve this weekend, so there should be a few album pages from their book coming next week.

Happy Holidays!

New beginnings...

Alrighty, here I go. First entry of the day. I don't know what I'm doing or how to blog really so this should be an interesting adventure. Let's see....what kind of blog am I anyway? I guess I'll start off by saying a little something about myself. My name is Ursula.
Other details of my life include marriage to my wonderful if sometimes crazy husband, an 8 year old son recovering from Diabetes and Autism, a 5 month old daughter long awaited, and a partridge in a pear tree. Days are long nights are short, there is never enough time in a week let alone a day. And somehow, we are celebrating our tenth anniversary next month. All financial and emotional struggle aside, I'm pretty freaking happy actually. Proud of the person I have become...and I'm only 29.Only, ha! I'm still young right? lol
I've traveled, found my soul mate and started on the family I've always wanted.

Over the years I've developed a love of many things most of which seem to go together.
Art, Photography, Scrapbooking, Graphic Design...
So when I recently found the whole digi scrappin' trend on the rise, I was renewed in my enthusiasm for fun!:-) I've been wanting to do baby/photo albums for the family and my babies, but as we all know, these days are not really conducive of spending mass amounts of money on scrap items that a person can and will only use once, if they make it out of the package at all.

All in all I think I am going to give this a shot. Starting out with pages made for my own scrapbooks with my favorite artists kits, and then working up to designing myself.

As I go along, I will have freebies and perhaps a few challenges eventually as I have ideas...

Please feel free to subscribe as I hope a few people may come along for the ride.

And BTW, I have a thing for loyalty, so anyone who comes along from the start will be remembered if and when I make it to the big shoppe lol:-)

Ta ta  for now peoples:-)
